1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phcasino platform, accessible at phcasino.asia and any associated mobile or web applications operated by phcasino. These Terms are effective as of the date displayed above and supersede all prior versions.

Your continued use of phcasino following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phcasino reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phcasino's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phcasino.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the phcasino platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phcasino, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phcasino or any regulatory authority.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access phcasino will have their account immediately terminated and any funds held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) phcasino account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering a phcasino account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change. phcasino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcasino account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your phcasino account and change it regularly.
• Never share your phcasino login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent phcasino support.
• Notify phcasino immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your phcasino account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

phcasino will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phcasino that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phcasino are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcasino supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine-issued debit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phcasino wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phcasino is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the phcasino deposit page.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. phcasino processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to security checks and compliance reviews. phcasino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Prohibited Funding Sources: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phcasino does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on phcasino.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phcasino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phcasino promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered phcasino players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• phcasino reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if phcasino reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between phcasino accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a phcasino account at any one time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• phcasino reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phcasino are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on phcasino, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

phcasino uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to additional operational rules published on the phcasino platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phcasino's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. phcasino will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly and in accordance with the game logs recorded on phcasino's servers. Server-side records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be void and any stakes returned.
• phcasino reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Players may not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phcasino games.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcasino platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of phcasino.
• Registering or operating more than one phcasino account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using phcasino for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, tool, or method to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with phcasino's systems, games, or outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phcasino's software or platform infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcasino staff, support agents, or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using phcasino to conceal the origin of such funds.
• Accessing phcasino from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phcasino account on your behalf.

8. Responsible Gaming

phcasino is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. phcasino provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcasino platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phcasino content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phcasino content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcasino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phcasino platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your phcasino account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on phcasino.asia.
• Interruption or unavailability of the phcasino platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phcasino's reasonable control.

phcasino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phcasino platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcasino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phcasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by phcasino's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

phcasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a phcasino account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phcasino complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of phcasino's services.

phcasino implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 12. Account Termination & Suspension

phcasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your phcasino account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phcasino reasonably determines that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to phcasino, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• You have requested self-exclusion under phcasino's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination of your phcasino account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance checks.

You may also request voluntary closure of your phcasino account at any time by contacting phcasino support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phcasino, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phcasino's support team. phcasino will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe phcasino has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phcasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at phcasino.asia/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the page.

For material changes to these Terms, phcasino will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of phcasino after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using phcasino and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12 above.
